Youget two goes at this of roughly 25 minutes with a break in the middle. Costs 350,000 per person (roughly £20) but id say it's totally worth it! The instructor taught us some basic skill moves to do whilst subwinging and it made it even more enjoyable. We saw some huge turtles and some cool fish!

Itwill take only 10 minutes to reach Gili Trawangan from Teluk Nare Harbour on Lombok by speedboat. The driving distance from Kuta on Lombok to Teluk Nare is around 2 hours depending on traffic. Gili T is well known holiday destination for many travellers who decide to visit Bali or Lombok and its surroundings.
Thebest option is to head to Teluk Nare Harbour as it is located at the very north end of Lombok and is the closest ponit on Lombok to the Gili's. From Teluk Nare it is only a short 5 -15-minute boat ride depending on which Gili Island you are planning on going to, making this the quickest departure point to the Gili Islands.
Thingsto note on is that the boat ride from Gili T to Sanur was quite long as we didn't anticipate the lengthy turnovers of each location. Took like 4 hours from Gili T to Sanur. I think it's quicker to take a boat back to Padding Bali and catching a Grab to Sanur/Seminyak.
